These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrainerX mobile application, website, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

You acknowledge and agree that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or in rare cases, serious harm.
By using TrainerX, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in any workouts, exercises, or physical activities suggested by the Services, whether such activities are performed at home, in a gym, or elsewhere.
4.3 No Liability for Injuries
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen Technologies Ltd is not liable for any injuries, health conditions, losses, or damages you may suffer as a result of:
- performing workouts or exercises suggested by the Services;
- following AI-generated recommendations, plans, or messages;
- incorrect execution of exercises;
- misuse of equipment;
- failure to consult a medical professional prior to exercise;
- reliance on information provided through the App.
This applies whether injuries occur during, immediately after, or at any later time following use of the Services.
4.4 AI & Large Language Model (LLM) Disclaimer
TrainerX uses artificial intelligence and large language models (“LLMs”) to generate workouts, guidance, recommendations, summaries, and other content.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content is based on patterns learned from a mixture of licensed data, data created by human trainers, and publicly available information;
- such content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances;
- AI outputs are not guaranteed to be correct, safe, or suitable for your specific health, fitness level, injuries, or goals;
- you use all AI-generated content at your own risk.
The AI should be treated as a general guidance tool only, not as a certified personal trainer, medical professional, or healthcare provider.
4.5 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- assessing whether any exercise or recommendation is appropriate for you;
- exercising within your personal limits;
- using proper form, technique, and equipment;
- stopping exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or injury.
4.6 Emergency Situations
TrainerX is not an emergency service.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, stop using the Services and seek immediate professional medical assistance.
5. Your Account
To access certain features, you must create an account. You must:

6. Subscription & Billing

6.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third parties (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat). By subscribing, you authorise us and/or our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
6.3 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow the store’s refund policy—we cannot process refunds directly.

We may update pricing from time to time. You will be notified in advance, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Use of the Services
You agree that you will not:
- use TrainerX for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;

- use TrainerX to produce competing products or services.

8. AI-Generated Content
TrainerX may generate workouts, advice, summaries, recommendations, messages, or other content using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete;
- you use this content at your own risk;
- content does not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice;
- you remain responsible for all decisions you make based on the content.
9. Intellectual Property
All content within TrainerX—including workouts, text, graphics, designs, logos, UI, software, AI models, training plans, and branding—is owned by Kaizen Technologies Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any part of TrainerX.
10. User Content
You may upload or provide data such as:
- fitness metrics
- goals
- personal details
- photos (if the app includes this feature)
- messages
- feedback or suggestions
By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use this content solely to operate and improve TrainerX.
You must not upload:
- offensive, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- content belonging to someone else without permission.
